Radius rod assembly
In commercial vehicles, Radius rods are used to link the axle to the chassis and supports one axis direction. A portion of the uncontrolled motions resulting from the surface form of the road, acceleration and braking are dampened by the wheels and large part of these motions are transmitted by radius rod to the axle body. Radius rod helps axle stay in its position laterally, and improves the roadholding of the vehicle. Radius rod and V-link assembly have similar function in the similar vehicle.

V-link assembly
In commercial vehicles, V-links (V-rod) are used to link the axle to the chassis.
V-links support longitudinal and lateral loads and, in combination with two trailing links/torque rods, assume all axle control functions.
A portion of the uncontrolled motions resulting from the surface form of the road, acceleration and braking are dampened by the wheels. And large part of these motions are transmitted by torque rod to the axle body.
Torque rod and V-links has similar function in the similar vehicle. The V-Rod differs from torque rod is by being technologically more advanced and being linked to one joint.
Molecular Rubber Bushings 108mm
Read MoreBush pin
Bush pins consists of rubber part molded around machined forging surface.
Vibration and shocks transmitted from the road surface are absorbed by rubber components, reducing the vibration transmitted to the chassis, and ensuring optimum link movement.
Resilience characteristics and durability of the rubber components are designed and validated for vehicle conditions
Drag Links / Steering rods
Read MoreDrag link assembly
Drag link is a crucial component of the steering system in heavy commercial vehicles because it allows us to travel safely by transmitting the rotational movement from the pitman to the axle of the wheel linearly.
Drag link connects the joint to the idler arm. It acts like a joint which transmits left or right motion of control arm backwards and forwards..
Tie rods / Track rods
Read MoreTie rod assembly
Tie rod is used in the commercial vehicles, agricultural vehicles and special-purpose vehicles.
Tie rod transmits the forces transmitted by Drag link assembly to the axle located on the other side. It is used for transmitting the steering forces to the front wheels and for optimal roadholding. Tie rod provides a precise steering and secure driving. A centrally located part allows for optimal adjustment of both wheels.
Ball Joint Assembly - HCV
Read MoreBall joint assembly
Ball joint assembly is fitted on both ends of tie rod. The tie rod ends are essential for maintaining proper alignment of the wheels and ensuring that the vehicle steers accurately and responsively.
They are designed to withstand the forces and vibrations experienced during steering and driving, while also allowing for some degree of flexibility and movement as the wheels articulate during turns or encounter bumps in the road.
Ball joint assembly enable adjustment of the distance between front axles as per the need of the user.
